Dear Fellow Fitness Fanatic, Exercise, specifically weight lifting, is truly the only fountain of youth.
I've been lifting on and off since the age of 16, but still found myself weighing 193lbs (@ 5' 7" tall) at the age of 42.
Over the last three years of consistently exercising 3-4 times a week, I've slowly melted the pounds away, and now I'm 5 pounds away from losing 30! Not earth shattering numbers, but I'm happy and others notice.
Weight lifting, cardio and a low carb diet helped melt the pounds away slowly. In these three years I've researched bodybuilding routines, equipment, diets & nutrition, books and countless web sites dedicated to health and fitness. Every product I sell I have, tried or it's received good reviews.
