Robert Baraban Deluxe Adjustable Hand Gripper 50/500lbs with Negative Rep Handle

by Robert Baraban
Price $ 149.99

Deluxe Steel Adjustable hand gripper from Robert Baraban. This is a must have for serious grip athletes. Over 50 adjustments that range from easier than a RB70 to harder than a RB400! Two springs of differing tension allow you to choose resistance levels from 50 to 500lbs. Solid steel and built to last. The perfect trainer to reach your hand gripper goals!

The RBA Black Deluxe has an extended handle that can be screwed on in order to train using negative repetitions (close the gripper using two hands, resist the opening gripper with one hand) and the handle on which you wrap your fingers around is shaped for added comfort which really helps especially in the last reps.

NOTE: This is a heavy duty industrial gripper that is new, but may have minor scratching or discolorations. I guarantee this is a unused gripper straight from Austria.

WARNING: Training with hand grippers is extremely addictive! They will be hard to put down, resulting in overtraining and possibly extreme hand soreness.

Don't neglect extensor training.

Extensors are the muscles on the back of the forearm involved in opening the hand and are extremely important to hand health and strength. Wrap a thick rubber band around the ends of your fingers and open your hand for as many reps as possible. For a real challenge, place both rubber bands on one hand - TRY TO OPEN YOUR HAND! Buy a gripper from me and I'll include two thick, heavy duty rubber bands:
